Testimonial for Your Product & Services

Products: JXD 353 Raptor (twin pack for combat)

I am into collection of ARMY RC Heli and with so many positive reviews on JXD 331 online, I am eager to get one and try
it out. However, through your recommendation, I bought the JXD 353 Raptor – a pair at $99 is slightly on the highside.
My review on the 353 is: it is worth the money I spend and even better than SYMA RC heli. I have fun time with my son.

1) The control is sensitive – very responsive
2) The RC heli is very stable in the air – can hover without swaying side to side – good for air combat and no trimming
required
3) The control (ascend and descend lever) is not spring loaded which mean I can hand-free while the RC hover in the
air
4) It comes with the accelerating button which is like a car turbo to me – can suddenly surge in speed and agility in
flying (I like that the most!)
5) Because of it light-weight and power, it can laterally drift in the air – i am very impress with this ability!
6) It play time is reasonable – 6 to 8mins. Charging time approx. 30mins – better than Syma

Service

I am a typical consumer who prefer to see and touch the products before making any purchase decision. At first I was
skeptical with the after market services – as they do not have a retail shop – but the service and commitment by Alfred
really impress me!

After few rounds of playing, one of the 353 raptor started to give problem – tail blade cannot spin as one of the
connected wire to the tail blade came-off. I texted Alfred late in the night – approx 11pm plus – and was surprise that
he actually return my text. More impressively was no question asked and he quickly arranged a one-for-one exchange
the very next day – not every online seller does that esp. on RC products!

After collecting the replacement 353 raptor – brand new one – the new 353 can spin but cannot ascend. Immediately
i called Alfred and wanted to give him a piece of my mind. Again, Alfred impressed me by volunteering to come down
my workplace to collect the faulty replacement 353 – which retail would provide such after market service for product
that cost so less!

However, I notice that one of the blade connector screw is loosen and after tighten it, the RC works and performance well.
The faulty replacement is fault of no one as I believe the loosen screw was due to transportation. But the commitment and
dedication by Alfred to satisfy customer needs is more than to compensate for the trouble that I went through.
